DOWNTOWN CHALK & PUMPKIN DECORATING EVENT
Description: The Foundation of Arts and Downtown Jonesboro Alliance hosted a chalk and pumpkin decorating contest at Rotary Club of Jonesboro Centennial Plaza on Oct. 24.
