Description: On Feb. 14, Charles and Brooke Kochel hosted a Valentine’s Day Tea at their lovely home. The event was a Pilar Production and was sponsored by Kochel, Williams Catalina: Merrill Lynch. There, ladies listened to harpist Pat Qualls and chatted with Charles about their financial well-being.
