Forget Black Friday!  Small Retailers Have Small Business Saturday November 27th

American Express announced a new initiative this year to encourage shoppers to patronize local merchants…Small Business Saturday. With all the hype surrounding Black Friday and the emphasis on big box deep discounts small local retailers need a way to compete. The question is…have small local retailers taken advantage of this or are they just sitting back?
